from our fishing boats, which provide us with local catches every day from all over Italy and around the world, where we operate direct platforms, allowing us to offer our customers fresh seafood within hours of being caught.

Frozen fish.

Our in-house division selects and purchases the finest frozen seafood available on international markets. Thanks to our sorting platforms and logistics facilities, we can ensure fast and controlled shipments throughout Italy and Europe.

Packaged fish.

The entire range is presented in SKIN-packaged trays. Rich in nutrients, light for a healthy diet, and convenient in the kitchen. The fish is presented in all its beauty, retaining the color of fresh fish, filleted and boneless.

Tuna.

It is caught using the hook-and-line method, a technique that guarantees eco-sustainability thanks to a fleet of certified fishing vessels. After being caught, it is stored and processed using Ultrafrozen technology, a cold chain in special cells at -50°C, where each batch is inspected before being released for sale.

Norwegian fish
